Baden-Powell Family Dinner

Baden-Powell Family Dinner

baden-powellCome join the 203 Scouting Family for our first annual Baden-Powell Family Dinner, to celebrate the birthday of Lord Robert Baden-Powell, the founder of the Scouting movement. This will be an evening of food and fun including skits, door prizes, and a silent auction. We will be serving a Ukrainian dinner sponsored by our friends at Cheemo Perogies and Fifendekel.

When: February 25, 2017, 6:00 – 8:30 pm
Where: Bethel Lutheran Church, 298 Bethel Drive

Tickets: $10 per person (children aged 4 and under by donation)

We are hoping to sell 200 tickets to this event, so please invite grandparents and other family members, friends, and neighbours. We need the help of all of our families in gathering donations for door prizes and silent auction items. If you own a business, please consider donating a product or service for this fundraiser. Please feel free to download and print this donation request letter to share with local businesses.

We need parent volunteers to help make our evening a success. Please check out the duties available and sign up where you’d like to help. Shifts are only 1-2 hours, so you’ll have the rest of the evening to enjoy with your family.

Please purchase your tickets in advance by returning this form and payment at your section meeting on February 6 or 13.

Doors open at 5:00 pm; dinner will be served at 6:00 pm.

If you have any questions, please contact Scouter Jason Lueke at 780-293-1795.
