Hello 203 Scout’s Troop,

Activities don’t come much simpler than ice fishing. All you really need is a frozen lake. But at its heart, the simplicity of walking out onto a frozen lake and dropping a hook into a hole in the ice is one of its pleasures.  This meeting will have the Troop prepare their tackle and gear as Scouter Brodie prepares us to go on an ice fishing adventure at Wabamun Lake on SATURDAY, January 15 (more details to come in another Scoutstracker communication)!

Details for this Activity/Event:

  • Purpose:  Gear & Tackle Ice Fishing

DO

  • Going over some helpful ice fishing tips as well as fishing safety/etiquette when on the lake.
  • Start a campfire

REVIEW
