Location Information

Our group’s Hidden Valley camp site at Elk Island Retreat is located in the Heartland of Strathcona County, near the west gate of Elk Island National Park.

Elk Island Retreat is conveniently located about 20 minutes east (take Twp.Rd. 550) of the City of Fort Saskatchewan, 10 minutes straight south of Bruderheim and about 30 minutes east of Edmonton.

Caution: Google Maps and GPS directions may not be the best route. Please follow directions below.

From Edmonton: East on highway 16 to Brookville Road (Rge. Rd 212). Go north 13 km on Rge Rd 212, East 5 km on Twp Rd 544. Just past Rge Rd 205 on the right is our somewhat hidden driveway.

From Fort Saskatchewan: 12.5 km east of Fort Saskatchewan on Twp Rd 550; 3 km south on Rge Rd 212; 5 km east on Twp Rd 544. Just past Rge Rd 205 on the right is our somewhat hidden driveway.

From HWY 15: From HWY 15 and the Bruderheim corner go straight south on Rge Rd 204 for 10 km. Turn left on Twp Rd 544; on the right is our somewhat hidden driveway.
